Ava Seymour is a student from Miami, Florida currently pursuing Film & Media Studies as well as Global Affairs at Yale University. In her free time she works for Yale Athletics, filming and editing videos for a majority of the sports teams. This year, she has co-founded the Yale Media, Entertainment, and Sports Business association, spearheading a guest speaker series featuring industry leaders, coordinating site visits, and delivering educational presentations on various business facets within the film and sports industries. She also contributes to the Yale Daily News as the Lead Sports Multimedia Photographer. Away from film, she is Head of Recruiting for the Yale Real Estate group, chairs in the Yale Model UN conference, and once got second place in a college baking competition (her carrot cheesecake with pecan filling was robbed of first by a cheesecake...).
