Ava Seymour is a filmmaker and sports creative at Yale University, passionate about transforming competition and emotion into story. Her work spans sports production, documentary filmmaking, and branded content, from game-day edits for Yale Athletics to her short documentary Colors of Hope: Slava Ukraini, later used by UNICEF for refugee relief. She is currently producing both a short documentary covering the international athlete experience and her short film Duet . What Ava loves most about the process is finding the story worth telling: asking the right questions, setting up the shot that captures it, and cutting it together in a way that moves people. Whether on the sidelines or in the edit bay, she aims to create content that connects audiences to the human side of sport.
